PURPOSE: To serve as the 59th Session spring omnibus.

 

WHEREAS, all changes to the Bylaws and Senate Rules must be made through the omnibus, unless approval is given otherwise;

 

AND WHEREAS, this act would approve the omnibus for the fall semester of the 59th Session;

 

THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE MISSOURI STUDENTS ASSOCIATION THAT the omnibus for the fall semester of the 59th Session be approved and that the Bylaws and Rules of the Senate be amended as such:
